A space where you can enjoy live entertainment and tacos with a beer in hand

Brooklyn Brewery is one of America’s leading craft breweries, established in 1988 in Williamsburg, New York. What started as a local, privately owned business is now known as a driving force behind the global craft beer movement.
In 2020, B by The Brooklyn Brewery opened on the basement floor of K5 in Nihonbashi Kabutocho as the brand’s first flagship store outside of the US. Craft beer is the main standout, but there’s also a food menu featuring tacos. Alongside the food and drinks are music, art, and live performances that draw people together to form a community that harkens back to the brand’s origins.

Venture downstairs and you can experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere hidden in the basement bar. The menu features Mexican food created by ‘Kitade Shokudo’ and DJs and live music can be enjoyed in the bar thanks to a fantastic sound system and acoustic design.

The taco lineup includes “Nihonbashi Tacos,” which are topped with tempura and red ginger, and “Edo Tacos,” which are topped with tuna, temari-sushi, and conger eel tempura. Truly a unique fusion of Mexican and Japanese cuisine that cannot easily be found anywhere else.
