Serving mostly Japanese and English sour cocktails
The crimson library bar on the right side of the front desk of HOTEL K5 is named after Eiichi Shibusawa’s pen name, Seien (blue abyss).
The interior, inspired by his study, is lined with books on Shibusawa himself, finance, and Kabuto-cho. The menu features Japanese and international sour cocktails, as well as tea, Chinese herbs, and other seasonal items.
Not only do the creative cocktails break down preconceived notions and provide inspiration, they can also be tailored to suit the mood of the day based on conversation. The bar is a new addition to the Kabuto-cho bar scene, catering to the daily lives of each and every one of its visitors.
