In the impressive open kitchen with a live atmosphere, customers can enjoy dishes that go well with bread, along with homemade bread baked at the bakery “bank” on the same floor.
The restaurant offers creative French cuisine based on traditional French techniques fused with the essence of Italian and Spanish cuisine, which can be enjoyed easily starting with the lunch course. For dinner, there is an all-you-can-eat menu featuring four to five varieties of bread from “bank”. The bread changes daily, so you can enjoy it any time of the day, making it a must for bread lovers.
The name of the restaurant is derived from “circle/edge,” and a symbolic olive tree, estimated to be 1,000 years old, welcomes you at the entrance.
