Offering light French cuisine using seasonal ingredients selected from all over Japan.
Opened in 2020 by Kyohei Nishi, a former chef of a two-star restaurant and “Bistro Rosiura,” this bistro is casual yet offers the charm of an authentic restaurant close at hand.
All of the dishes are beautifully prepared with a remarkable balance of Japanese and Western flavors, utilizing Japanese ingredients in highly flexible French cuisine, and you can’t take your eyes off the limited seasonal menu as well as the courses.
The restaurant has an eye for curating natural wines, and its attention to detail is evident in the interior design, the music played on vinyl records, and even a single plate, making for a comprehensive dining experience that goes beyond just the food. In 2022, the sister restaurant “songbook” will open in Setagaya Daita.
