A patisserie/bakery with baked goods and cakes that can be eaten with ease and without hesitation

The patisserie where Keisuke Oyama serves as chef-patissier. The showcase is lined with more than a dozen types of fresh pastries, including cream puffs made with Amazon cacao, whose fruity aroma and flavor can be fully appreciated. Baked sweets such as financiers and cookies are also recommended as souvenirs from Kabuto-cho. Shortcakes with different fruits such as strawberries, mangoes, and pears change with the seasons, and you can enjoy a special eating experience even when you take them home by pouring the accompanying sauce on them yourself.

The store has an open kitchen and sales area. At the counter, you can enjoy freshly made delicate sweets while watching the pastry chefs at work. The limited menu, available only at the eat-in section, is also noteworthy.

“ease” means relaxation and softness. The name “Ease” expresses the hope that customers can casually enjoy the sweets that have been made with the utmost care and dedication, without feeling self-conscious about it.
