Diverse and playful flavors
Craft beer from Sweden
Omnipollos Tokyo is the first directly-managed store in Asia for Omnipollos, a craft beer brand born in Stockholm, Sweden. An eclectic space that combines a bright blue, pop-y interior, within a traditional Japanese-style wooden architecture. There’s a wide variety of tastes on offer that will change your concept of craft beer. And while taste is at the core of Omnipollo’s appeal, the design, presentation, and playfulness add to its charm.
The food menu has been created with only one thing in mind: the food needs to go well with the beer. The hot dogs come from Tesio, a producer based in Okinawa. They are slowly grilled on a hot plate by the bar and are a real highlight. The fish and chips are made with a unique selection of fish, including nigoi and black bass supplied by fishermen based on Lake Biwa.
They pride themselves on the environmental preservation of the fish they catch. The space is also host to many collaborative events and pop-ups, which sees it hosting music nights and genre-defying cuisine, including Taiwanese and Vietnamese.
