“SR” is an abbreviation of “Stockholm Roast,” a popular coffee roaster and cafe in Sweden. SR offers not only delicious coffee but also sweets and music in a space filled with ambiance and books that are lined up on the counter.
At the Kabutocho store, coffee is carefully roasted right at the entrance, filling the space with delicious coffee aromatics. There is a choice of five different varieties of drip coffee, which change on a daily basis. SR coffee beans are characterized by their clean and sweet taste profile with a refreshing aftertaste.
Cakes here are also popular and include a rich and moist carrot cake and a fluffy yet mild banana bread, both of which pair perfectly with a cup of coffee.
The cocktail menu includes signature drinks such as the ‘Drip Negroni’ and the ‘SR Gin & Tonic’, which combines gin, tonic, and iced coffee and can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
