TYNK Kabutocho

Opened July 4, 2026

TYNK's first flagship store: blending Kampo wisdom with Nature's bounty

“TYNK Kabutocho” opened its doors in Nihonbashi Kabutocho on July 4, 2026. This marks the first brick-and-mortar store for “TYNK,” a caffeine-free craft herb tea and chai brand that incorporates Kampo (traditional Japanese herbal medicine) wisdom and the blessings of nature. In addition to craft herb teas and chai, visitors can enjoy original gluten-free sweets and craft ice cream served generously with herbs and spices.

TYNK is a tea brand founded by Yasunori Tsujita, inspired by his own struggles with caffeine sensitivity, the sensibilities he cultivated while traveling the world, and his lifelong familiarity with Kampo. Supervised by Shigeko Yoshida, a Kampo pharmacist carrying on Japan’s ancient traditional medicine culture, the brand uses carefully selected plant-based ingredients to offer caffeine-free craft herb teas and chai. Fighting the preconceptions that “caffeine-free means flavorless” and “Kampo is hard to drink,” TYNK pursues a unique, irresistible taste that will keep you coming back for more.
